Farag group has production units of weaving sewing and piece dyeing unit. Which are proficient of producing multi orders, fast and good quality.

Weaving factory

We have repair machines for all kinds of weaving. Along with, along with a joint venture with knitting fabric industrial unit and dye house.

We have many inspection stations along the production line for examining fabric, to insure quality and accuracy of requirements.

Examining the fabric

We start by implementing the quality policy by examining the fabric before cutting, which is done by fabric inspection machines based on the 4 points system.

Fabric cutting

The Cutting section is equipped with investronica pattern system and 3 cutting tables, Automatic spreading machine and band knives.
In this section the fabrics are being cut, and then the pieces are marked with numbers for identification and sent to the sewing section.
The production force of the cutting department achieves what the sewing section needs per day which is equivalent to the productive number of production lines.

Stitching fabric

We have 400 machines for stitching which produce approximately 7000 piece per day. The lines are separated into small sections followed by supervisors to make sure that the production goes into a good rate and they also make a production report which should be submitted to the production manager.

Laundry

Laundry is an important department to produce the inspired finish washes established by the customers, and thus farag has paid an attention to it by adding this facility to the company by equipping it with all sophisticated machinery of washing process and to maintain all stylistic and up-to-date finish requirement developer everywhere, In addition to running all sorts of dry process such as:
• Hand sand
• Sandblast
• Whiskers
• Chevrons
• Grinding
• Scratching
• Resin

Also we are capable to run all wet washes types such as:
o Enzyme wash
o Dark wash
o Medium wash
o Light wash
o Softening
o Rinse wash
We have developers team who are capable to make up-to-date finishing techniques and are professionally technical in dry and wet process as well and they also can run and make ordinary, complicated and unique types of wash maintaining washing development and trends of fashion everywhere.
The laundry daily production is up to 2 tons of washing treatments and 2000 pieces of dry process.

Inspection

We have many inspection stations along production line to guarantee that the quality policy is implemented.
The monitors in production line are responsible for ensuring that each worker is using the 0/7 process as well as making reports to the quality manager to ensure that the system is implemented.
For further assurance we inspect 100% of the production before packing and finally all the garments should pass through the metal detector machine to ensure that each garment shipped is a metal free.
